Jan, Feb & March Clinics

Rye Grays and Sound Baseball will offer Winter Sessions in January, February and March, 2026. 

Sessions this winter will be held in the Westlake Middle School Gym that features cages, bullpen mounds and plenty of space for additional hitting and fielding stations. The space allows for us to focus on throwing, defense, conditioning, hitting, baserunning and bullpens for pitchers and catchers.

Practices/Clinics will be on Sunday's in January, February and into March.

Ages 12U to Collegiate players are welcomed to join.

Rye Grays Summer Tournament team players have priority preference on clinic spots. If any additional spots are available, players outside of the tournament teams will be invited.

Players are expected to have all their equipment with them. Catchers should bring gear to all sessions. Hitters should have their bats, batting helmet, batting gloves and any other protective gear they traditionally wear in a game setting. All players should have their fielding gloves at all clinics as well.

All participants will receive a Sound Baseball T-Shirt.
